We are Hiring A Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, and timely production targets.
1. Shop Floor Monitoring
- Observe daily production activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and schedule
- Check machine and operator performance
2. Production Support
- Help in achieving daily/weekly production targets
- Coordinate between workers and senior engineers
- Ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
3. Manpower Coordination
- Assist in allocating workers to different tasks
- Ensure operators are following assigned duties
- Support team discipline and efficiency
4. Quality Assistance
- Monitor basic quality of products during production
- Report defects or issues to quality team
- Ensure rework is minimised
5. Safety & Discipline
- Follow and enforce basic safety rules
- Ensure clean and safe working environment
- Report unsafe practices
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production reports (manual or Excel)
- Record output, downtime, and issues
- Share updates with senior supervisors or managers
7. Coordination with Departments
- Work with maintenance team for machine issues
- Coordinate with quality and stores departments
- Support smooth production flow
