Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, TechFetch) to identify qualified IT candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct technical/functional screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with technical managers for interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline, negotiate pay rates, and guide candidates through the offer process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Compliance: Understand US work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, EAD).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, IT, or business background is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in US night shifts.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multitasking, and basic knowledge of IT skills.
