Salary

2.5 Lakhs – 3 Lakhs per Month

(Based on qualification, skills, and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Pediatric OPD consultations and manage IPD patients
• Diagnose and treat neonatal, infant, and pediatric illnesses
• Monitor newborns and children admitted to the hospital
• Handle pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical care
• Counsel parents regarding child health, nutrition, growth, vaccination, and preventive care
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other consultants for comprehensive patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong clinical knowledge in Pediatrics
• Good communication and parent counseling skills
• Professional and compassionate approach towards child healthcare
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
