Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for fresher ophthalmologists to start their clinical career in a supportive environment. Candidates will get hands-on exposure and guidance, including opportunities to learn and assist in surgeries.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations for ophthalmology patients
- Diagnose and manage common eye conditions (refractive errors, cataract, infections, etc.)
- Assist in ophthalmic surgeries and gradually perform procedures under supervision
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Conduct vision testing and prescribe corrective lenses
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with OT staff and optometrists
