A manufacturing helper is a vital entry-level role responsible for providing physical and logistical support on the factory floor. They assist skilled machine operators, ensure a steady supply of raw materials, maintain a safe, clean workspace, and help package finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products across the factory floor using hand trucks, carts, or dollies.
Machine Operation Support: Feed, position, and remove materials from processing machinery as directed by the primary operator.
Tool Preparation: Prepare equipment and ensure that specialized tools or parts are readily available for technicians
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma, 10th/12th standard, or equivalent is typically required.
