Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify top technical talent for various roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT support).
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening of candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Assess candidates technical skills using appropriate interview methods (technical tests, coding challenges, etc.).
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends to effectively identify qualified candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers to close positions.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate experience, etc.).
  • Promote the company's employer brand and assist in recruitment marketing initiatives.
