Technource is looking for a
Fresher Business Development Executive who is enthusiastic about starting a career in IT sales and business development. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in learning how software services are presented to international clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process in a technology-driven company.
Describe Skill and Experience
- Learn and understand Technource's IT services and be able to confidently present them after reviewing company materials and website information.
- Assist in researching international markets and generating leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and internal databases.
- Support outbound communication with prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, and introductory calls, while maintaining proper follow-ups.
- Strong interest in learning sales processes, IT service offerings, and international client communication under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ability to observe client requirements, market trends, and assist in preparing proposals or maintaining CRM records.
- Candidates with a technical or management (MBA) background will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to sales or calling environments (BPO, insurance, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, along with a confident and proactive attitude.
