Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify healthcare professionals through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
