Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fresher at FLP INDIA, based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves assisting with various tasks across departments, supporting day-to-day operations, contributing to projects, and proactively learning and developing skills in different organizational aspects. The candidate will work closely with team members and departments to ensure smooth workflows and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or experience in problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability.
• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to different business functions.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools, including MS Office Suite and internet research skills.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Previous internship or project experience is advantageous but not required.
