The role may involve rotational shifts, on-call support, and occasional round-the-clock technical assistance based on business and customer requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-service environment and travelling to assigned locations.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital cinema projectors and related equipment
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and networking issues at cinema locations
- Perform routine technical checks and preventive maintenance
- Provide on-site technical support to customers and help resolve their technical concerns
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, TCP/IP, Windows/Linux, and networking issues
- Work closely with senior engineers and internal technical teams to resolve complex problems
- Learn and follow technical procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines
- Travel to assigned cinema locations in Pune and nearby areas as required
