Role Overview
Work directly with the founder to manage warehouse, packing and vendor operations. Fresher or upto 2 years experience. High ownership role in a fast-paced setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and packing operations, ensuring shipments go out accurately and on time; step in to pack shipments yourself when needed
- Recruit, train and manage packing staff, and monitor their daily performance
- Plan and order packing material ahead of time, tracking usage so supplies never run short
- Create shipments on Delhivery; maintain MIS reports and operational records
- Track inventory, shipments, returns and deliveries
- Source suppliers, get quotations/samples, follow up on orders
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners and internal teams
- Handle routine administrative and operational tasks
Candidate Profile
- Strong on computer — MS Excel/Word a must; comfortable with platforms like Delhivery and MIS tools
- Organised, detail-oriented, good at follow-up and juggling priorities
- Experience in e-commerce ops, inventory, procurement, logistics or sourcing preferred
- Prior experience managing/recruiting warehouse or packing staff is a plus
