Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Civil Engineering fresher to join our design and execution team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between structural space planning and modern interior aesthetics. You will utilize your core engineering understanding and AutoCAD proficiency to transform architectural blueprints into precise, manufacturable modular furniture layouts (including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and workstation systems).

As this role involves cross-functional collaboration and direct interaction with premium clients, exceptional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Drafts

·         Convert architectural drawings and site measurement data into detailed 2D layouts and shop drawings using AutoCAD.

·         Create precise space planning drafts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, living room units, and commercial office systems.

·         Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed material specifications for production teams.

2. Site Engineering & Feasibility

·         Analyze structural site conditions to ensure modular units align with electrical layouts, plumbing lines, and civil walls.

·         Identify potential structural mismatches or execution challenges early in the design phase and suggest technical corrections.

3. Client & Cross-Functional Communication

·         Present design layouts and technical drawings to high-end clients, architects, and interior designers in fluent, professional English.

·         Coordinate smoothly with the factory production line and on-site installation teams to ensure seamless execution.

Core Requirements & Qualifications

·         Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering.

·         Technical Skills: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layout planning is essential). Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) or specialized modular software is a strong plus.

·         Communication: Absolute fluency in English (both verbal and written) to interact confidently with corporate clients and design consultants.

·         Competencies: Strong spatial awareness, eye for detail, and a fundamental understanding of engineering tolerances and materials.
