Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Verify documents received from customers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all required forms and documents are properly signed and submitted.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and merchants to facilitate smooth communication and process completion.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of document verification activities.
  • Support internal teams by providing timely updates on document status.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying documents.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and merchants.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a process-driven environment.
