Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our BPO team for a part-time work-from-home position. This role involves assisting customers through phone calls and providing them with the necessary information and support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customer requests and complaints.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of communications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
