Role Description

This role combines artistic vision with AI technology to create compelling imagery at scale.

This Role Requires Balancing Three Core Functions

• Content Creation: AI prompt engineering and initial image and video generation
• Retouching: Colour correction, lighting adjustments, and detailed editing
• Quality Review: Technical validation, artifact identification, and quality assurance

This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities also include developing creatives, catalog modelling, contributing to branding initiatives, writing compelling content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute creative projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of design methodologies, branding principles, and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong Creativity Skills, Creative Strategy expertise, and passion for innovative design
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present creative concepts
• Experience in Branding and brand development
• Proficiency in Writing and crafting compelling narratives
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative projects is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
