French (Visiting Faculty)

Qualifications

• Strong skills in French Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to adapt instruction to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Teaching and Education, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
• Experience or interest in Teacher Training, mentoring, or contributing to pedagogical improvement within the department.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French; ability to use communicative and interactive teaching methods effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in French, Foreign Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field or certification courses.
• Prior experience teaching French at the school, college, or university level is highly preferred.
• Excellent classroom communication skills and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
• Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to enhance language teaching and learning.
