French Teacher Job description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced French teacher to teach students from A1 to B2 levels. As a French teacher at TFA, you will plan and teach structured, engaging online classes whose main aim is to prepare students for the TEF Canada exam.

Responsibilities

- Teach online French classes (individual and group sessions)

- Prepare students for the TEF Canada exam modules

- Deliver demo classes to prospective students

- Track student progress and provide feedback

- Use Google Meet, Docs, Sheets and Drive for class delivery

Requirements

- Native or near-native French

- DELF B1 or B2, or DALF C1 certified (minimum B1 required), or a Licence/Master's degree in French or FLE

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of French teaching or tutoring experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Good spoken English to explain concepts to students

- Experience in TEF Canada or TCF Canada preparation preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with online teaching platforms
