Role Description This full-time, on-site French Teacher role is based at Indore Institute Of Law in Indore. The French Teacher will design and deliver engaging French language lessons to students at various academic levels, aligning instruction with institutional curricula and academic standards. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, assessing student progress, providing individualized support, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves collaborating with faculty members, contributing to language-related co-curricular activities, and participating in departmental meetings, training sessions, and academic events to support the overall educational mission of the institute.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in French Teaching and general Teaching, with the ability to instruct learners at different proficiency levels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Tutoring and Education, including experience providing individual or small-group academic support.
• Candidates should possess skills in Teacher Training or mentoring, with the ability to share best practices and support peers in effective pedagogy.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French, with clear and effective communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Relevant academic qualifications in French language, Education, or related fields (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred).
• Experience teaching in higher education or professional institutes is highly beneficial.
• Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology-based learning platforms.
• Strong classroom management skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centred teaching approach.
