About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC / Graduate can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes preferred
