• Role: French Language Expert – IT Support

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts & Week-offs
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Freshers: Preferred
• Education: Graduate
• French Proficiency: B2 level or above
• Salary: As per candidate expectations and experience; negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT Service Desk support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Record, track, and escalate support tickets.
• Support IT onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on testing, integration, and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Work effectively with global stakeholders and multicultural teams.

Who Can Apply

Graduates

French proficiency at B2 level or above

Strong English communication skills

Good customer service & interpersonal skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Comfortable working from office in Noida
