Collections Specialist with French
In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collection's function
- To analyse and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to collections
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the collections process and reducing delinquency rates
- Ensure the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Masters in French, Bachelors in French
- Any other degree with certification in French
- Diploma in French
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good proficiency in French; MA French, BA French, Diploma in French, B1/B2/C1/C2 certified
