Unacademy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (French) for our French Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both French and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging French language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
- Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
- Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French and strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
