Job Summary
Sr. Assistant will be responsible to key enter the shipments in E2K system basis on documents received from origins along with meeting the department. The applicant should have good communication, analytical skills and should be systematic in his/her approach. The position mandates emphasis on quality and a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.
Job Duties
Experience on E2K preferred
When cause of discrepancy is identified, problem solving and analytical skills used to determine appropriate course of action
Conduct regular trainings and refresher post identification of any knowledge gap
Use of various software packages may be needed
Proactive follow up with internal and external customers may be needed to eliminate future queries
Must meet above minimum acceptable requirements for both quantity and quality elements on a consistent basis
Target oriented job. Targets are set on an hourly basis

Prerequisites
Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline.

Strong Customer Orientation, understanding customer services issues.
Knowledge of MS office.
