Skystar Shipping Agencies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated Sales Partners who can identify and develop genuine shipping and logistics opportunities.

Skystar has 24 years of experience in international shipping and logistics, with capabilities across NVOCC, freight forwarding, reefer containers, pharmaceutical and temperature-sensitive cargo, project cargo, and Middle East & Africa trade lanes.

How the opportunity works

• Identify genuine exporters, importers or businesses requiring shipping/logistics services

• Introduce qualified shipment opportunities to Skystar

• Our team prepares and controls the official commercial quotation

• Skystar handles operations, documentation and shipment execution

• Successfully converted business earns you an agreed performance-based commission from Skystar

Important: Your commission is paid by Skystar from our commercial margin. Customer quotations follow our standard commercial pricing process based on the shipment and prevailing market rates.

If you can genuinely develop business, communicate professionally and build customer relationships, we want to see what you can do.

Sales Partners who consistently generate meaningful business — including 5+ containers in a month — may be considered for a full-time position with Skystar's sales team.

Who can apply

• Freight forwarding or shipping sales professionals

• B2B salespeople with exporter/importer networks

• People with connections in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, engineering, textiles, food or other export industries

• Experienced logistics professionals looking to develop business independently

• Strong salespeople from other industries who believe they can build a logistics customer base

Previous shipping experience is useful, but the ability to generate genuine business matters more than the perfect résumé.

Work location

Opportunities are open across India. Candidates may work remotely, develop business in their own market, or explore opportunities with our Ahmedabad office.

Compensation

This opportunity initially operates on a performance/commission basis and does not include a fixed salary.

Commission structure and commercial terms will be discussed directly with shortlisted candidates.
