Freight Sales Manager

We are looking for dynamic Freight Forwarding Sales professionals for one of the largest privately-owned logistics companies in the UK. Growing Air & Sea division with expansion into India, UAE, and China.

Job Location - Gurgaon/Noida

with strong experience in Ocean and Air Freight (Import & Export), particularly in FCL and Free-Hand business development. The role is an individual contributor position responsible for acquiring new customers, generating revenue, and achieving business targets.

Candidates with experience predominantly in nomination business will not be suitable for this role.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Freight Forwarding Sales – Ocean/Air (Import & Export).
• Strong exposure to FCL and Free-Hand business development.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong customer network in the respective geography.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
