Freight Pricing Analyst (Eastern Time / Remote Job)

We're building next-generation AI agents for the logistics industry and are looking for an experienced Freight Pricing Analyst to help ensure pricing accuracy, operational excellence, and platform quality.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and compare air and ocean freight rates across carrier platforms

• Ensure quote accuracy, pricing consistency, and data hygiene

• Review workflows and contribute to a seamless customer experience

• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify operational gaps and improve system performance

• Help maintain the reliability and quality of a rapidly evolving technology platform

What we're looking for:

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or freight pricing (required)

• Strong understanding of air freight, ocean freight, and Incoterms

• Familiarity with carrier websites and freight portals

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills

• Comfortable working with software products and technology platforms

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Availability during Eastern Time working hours
