This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker based in Gurugram. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, coordinating dispatching activities, handling customer service interactions, and overseeing account management. Daily tasks include negotiating with carriers, booking shipments, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Dispatching
• Account Management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the logistics industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is beneficial
