Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients (shippers) in the US market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Negotiate freight rates and close deals profitably
  • Coordinate with operations/carrier team for smooth load execution
  • Manage daily sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 5+ years of experience in US freight brokering / logistics sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of lanes, market rates, and trucking operations
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
