Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, including managing freight brokerage transactions, customer service interactions, dispatching, and account management. This role requires effective communication and coordination with carriers and clients to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as a freight Broker.
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
