Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of freight transportation including negotiating rates and securing loads.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients regarding delivery schedules.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize routing and freight costs.
