Peak Process Partners is hiring motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Inbound Sales Team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities from lead lists. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring qualified opportunities are passed along to account management teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect assigned lead lists with an LTL-first approach
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls and 30 emails per day
  • Enter 100 CRM updates daily and adhere to rules of pursuit
  • Create 100400 new opportunities per week in CRM
  • Generate qualified transfers to account management teams:

Months 13: 30 per month

Months 46: 40 per month

Month 7+: 50 per month

  • Maintain a 35% closed-won ratio on qualified transfers
  • Log all calls and emails accurately in CRM

Training Provided:

  • Shadowing with experienced sales professionals

Work Schedule:

  • Night shift to align with U.S. business hours: 7 AM4 PM CST / 8 AM5 PM CST (India night hours)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; prior SDR or inside sales experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound sales activity
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
