Freight Broker

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Freight Brokers to join our growing US Logistics team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling US clients, and experience in the logistics or international sales/BPO industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers and customers for freight movement.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure loads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve shipment-related issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Fluent and confident speaking ability is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experienceorInternational Sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
