Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Noida. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing brokerage operations, negotiating with carriers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. In this role, the professional will provide excellent customer service, maintain relationships with clients and carriers, manage accounts, and oversee dispatching activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage.
  • Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Experience in dispatching and coordinating shipment schedules
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good experience in sales, Core sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experienced in managing clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry standards and best practices
