The Opportunity

We are seeking driven, independent, and performance-oriented freight brokers. You'll manage the end-to-end freight process, from sourcing carriers and booking loads to ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate freight with carriers via load boards and networks
• Manage and grow relationships with shippers and carriers
• Oversee full freight cycle: pickup to delivery
• Coordinate with internal dispatch, compliance, and finance teams
• Track KPIs and meet/exceed performance targets
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain documentation and carrier compliance

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• 1–3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in U.S.-based logistics/sales
• Knowledge of the U.S. freight market and carrier sourcing strategies
• Experience using load boards like DAT, Truckstop, and TMS platforms
• Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills
• A self-driven, results-focused approach with a hunger to grow
