About the Role

FREIE ADMITS is hiring an experienced and qualified German Language Trainer to provide online training to students preparing for German language examinations, Ausbildung, nursing opportunities, and job interviews in Germany. The role also includes reviewing documents and preparing cover letters and résumés in German for Ausbildung students.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct engaging online German language classes for students at different levels.
Communicate with students in German according to their learning level.
Explain German vocabulary, grammar, and conversation clearly in English whenever required.
Train students for German language examinations and assessments.
Conduct mock tests, speaking practice, and interview preparation sessions.
Prepare students for Ausbildung and nursing-related interviews in German.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, exercises, and assignments.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify students difficulties and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain an interactive, supportive, and student-friendly online classroom.
Use online teaching platforms effectively to conduct video classes.
Review documents and prepare cover letters and résumés in German.
Coordinate with the academic and counselling teams regarding student progress.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum B2 certification in German is required.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a German language trainer or tutor.
Strong command of German and English, with accurate translation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain German concepts clearly and patiently.
Experience preparing students for Ausbildung, nursing, or job interviews is preferred.
Ability to conduct mock tests and assess students language skills.
Ability to make online classes interactive and engaging.
Good knowledge of online teaching tools and platforms.
Positive, professional, and responsible attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, teaching ability, and conversion power.
