Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to drive end-to-end recruiting transformations on Oracle HCM. The consultant will own requirement discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement workshops for end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
Configure ORC for:
Job Requisitions, Job Families, Positions
Candidate Experience, Career Sites, Talent Pools
Interview Scheduling, Offers, Onboarding handoff
Design recruiting workflows, approval rules, and notifications
Configure Recruiting Types, Phases & States
Set up Career Sites and candidate application flows
Enable Interview Scheduling, panels, and feedback forms
Configure Offer Management and approvals
Integrate ORC with Onboarding, Core HR, and external job boards
Data migration using HDL/HSDL for candidates and requisitions
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployment
Provide post-go-live support and optimization
Required Skills
Strong hands-on in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) configuration
Solid understanding of recruiting lifecycle and HR processes
Experience with:
Recruiting Types, Phases & States
Job Requisitions & Candidate Profiles
Offer Letters & Approval workflows
Career Site configuration
Knowledge of HDL/HSDL for data loads
Understanding of integrations with background verification / job portals
Experience in at least 2+ ORC implementations
Excellent client communication and workshop facilitation skills
