Job Title: AI Developer (Agentic AI Engineer)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Gurgaon (Remote)

We are looking for a smart, hands-on AI Developer with total of 5 years experience of which 2 to 3 years of experience in building AI-powered applications, especially Agentic AI solutions. This role is executionfocused and suited for someone who can quickly understand existing systems, build features rapidly, and contribute with strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a good full-stack understanding along with practical experience in integrating LLMs, AI agents, workflows, APIs, and modern AI development frameworks.

Total Experience in Software Development- 5+ yrs; AI Agenttic Experience- 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and extend existing Agentic AI applications and workflows

• Build, test, and optimize AI agents using modern AI frameworks and APIs

• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, external APIs, and backend services

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement new AI capabilities

• Debug, fine-tune, and improve AI application performance and reliability

• Contribute across frontend, backend, and AI integration layers as needed

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features.

Required Skills • 5+ years of software development experience

• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI / LLM-based applications

• Good understanding of full-stack development concepts • Experience with Python and REST APIs • Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering

• Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced execution-oriented environment

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
