Role Description The Freelancers and Partners role at SIRTIKA Learning is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves collaborating with the SIRTIKA team to deliver learning experiences, support student journeys, and contribute to business development and growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include facilitating sessions or workshops, engaging with students and freshers, supporting curriculum implementation, and providing feedback on learner progress. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, identifying collaboration opportunities with institutions or organizations, and helping strengthen SIRTIKA Learning's presence in the sales and revenue education space. Freelancers and partners are expected to maintain professional communication, represent SIRTIKA Learning's values, and contribute to continuous improvement of programs and learner outcomes.
