Scope of work:

• Lead growth strategy engagements across market expansion, portfolio strategy, growth hacker pricing, and revenue acceleration
• Develop data-backed growth theses and scenario models
• Translate strategy into execution-ready roadmaps with clear ownership and KPIs
• Act as a trusted thought partner to CXOs during high-stakes decision making

Who this is for (strict bar):

• Tier-1 MBA (IIM A/B/C, ISB, XLRI, FMS)
• 3+ years of post-MBA experience in: McKinsey & Company / Boston Consulting Group / Bain & Company Big 4 Strategy arms (Strategy&, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, KPMG Global Strategy)
• Top-tier investing or growth equity roles
• Proven ownership of growth outcomes-not just analysis
