Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Basic Programming Trainer to deliver hands-on training in HTML and CSS to beginner-level students. The trainer will be responsible for conducting daily offline sessions, assigning weekly assessments, and evaluating students through tests and viva sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct offline training sessions on HTML and CSS for 1.5 hours from Monday to Friday.
- Design and deliver a structured curriculum suitable for beginners.
- Provide practical examples, coding exercises, and hands-on sessions.
- Assign weekly assignments and coding tasks to reinforce concepts.
- Conduct written tests and viva sessions every Saturday to evaluate student progress.
- Address student queries, encourage participation, and support their learning journey.
- Share timely feedback and performance insights with the academic team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Prior teaching/training experience is highly preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- Organized, punctual, and student-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in classroom training or mentoring students offline.
- Familiarity with basic assessment methods and tools.
