Freelancer - HR Executive (1 Year Retainer)

We are looking for a Freelance HR professional to work with us on a 1-year retainer and support across different areas of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll work on:

• Recruitment and end-to-end hiring support
• HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Onboarding and employee experience
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives
• Opportunity to take ownership of areas you're particularly interested in and contribute beyond the core scope

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who is proactive, hands-on and enjoys working across different areas of HR

Work arrangement: 4 days onsite + 1 day remote
