We are looking for a Freelance Graphics Designer to support high-quality, brand-aligned design across product marketing, social media, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Graphics Designer, you will create visually strong, on-brand designs that communicate complex enterprise concepts clearly and consistently. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop digital creatives for LinkedIn, website assets, presentations, ads, and campaign materials. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, highly creative, and comfortable working through multiple feedback iterations.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution and Creative Production
- Create marketing creatives for social media, campaigns, and product announcements (static + light-motion assets if applicable)
- Design banners, carousels, infographics, one-pagers, and visual explainers aligned to briefs
- Translate complex AI/product workflows into simple, clear visual layouts and diagrams
- Ensure pixel-perfect design execution with clean typography, spacing, and hierarchy
Brand Consistency and Visual Systems
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables (colors, typography, tone, layout)
- Develop reusable templates for recurring needs (LinkedIn posts, ads, event creatives, presentations)
- Support the evolution of brand assets and visual identity across products and campaigns
- Organize design files and components for easy collaboration and reuse
Iteration, Reviews, and Collaboration
- Handle review cycles efficiently, implementing feedback with accuracy and speed
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with messaging goals
- Maintain structured versioning and timely handoffs of working files and exports
- Support quick-turn designs for announcements, events, and campaign deadlines
Platform Optimization and Delivery
- Design for platform specs and best practices (LinkedIn, website, email, ads)
- Optimize layout and readability for mobile-first consumption and social engagement
- Export deliverables in required formats and sizes (PNG/JPG/PDF/SVG as needed)
- Coordinate assets for production use (web, social, video overlays, presentations)
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing, brand, or product content
- Strong portfolio showcasing social creatives, campaign assets, and structured layouts (carousels/one-pagers)
- Hands-on experience with Figma (preferred), Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and composition
- Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, high-clarity visuals and diagrams
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond quickly in a remote setup
