We are a diversified company using Zoho ERP for our accounting, sales, purchasing, and inventory management. One of our divisions provides rental services for formwork and scaffolding, which involves inventory and operational processes that differ from typical sales workflows.

We are looking for a Zoho ERP Technical Consultant to customize and enhance our Zoho system to manage rental-specific workflows, including:

• Rental asset availability tracking
• Rental duration & billing cycle setup
• Return, damage, and refurbishment management
• Custom reporting and automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and design Zoho-based solutions for rentals
• Customize Zoho Inventory, Books, Creator, and other relevant modules
• Use Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator to build custom apps/workflows
• Automate notifications, billing, and usage tracking
• Generate reports and dashboards relevant to rental KPIs
• Provide basic documentation or training to internal users

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience with Zoho ERP (especially Inventory, Creator, Books)
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting
• Experience building custom workflows for rental, leasing, or service industries
• Ability to integrate Zoho apps and external tools if needed
• Clear communication and a problem-solving mindset

Bonus:

• Experience in formwork, scaffolding, or construction-related ERP workflows
• Zoho certifications
