Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Freelance Work Ethics & Professional Conduct Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training modules in work ethics, professional conduct, effective communication, and workplace professionalism. The role involves planning session outlines, conducting educational workshops, providing real-world case studies, engaging with course participants to resolve queries, and evaluating learning outcomes post-training.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in work ethics, professional conduct, and workplace behavior trends
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Training development experience, including creating interactive and engaging instructional materials
  • Ability to assess and enhance participant understanding effectively
  • Prior experience as a corporate trainer or instructor is an advantage
