- Proficiency in Telugu with excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong on-screen presence and confident presentation skills

- Ability to engage and educate a diverse audience effectively

- Comfortable working onsite and recording in a studio setup

- Ability to collaborate with content developers and production teams

- Prior experience in video presentation, anchoring, public speaking, or acting is an added advantage

- Adaptable to various content topics with the ability to simplify complex concepts
