Job Role:
We're looking for a talented and efficient Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative eye, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content for various platforms, from short-form social media clips to professional online courses.
Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Production:
- Edit 10-12 short videos per month, ensuring fast-paced cuts and smooth transitions.
- Source and utilize copyright-free footage from the internet to enhance video content.
- Edit videos for online courses, including lectures, demonstrations, and supplementary materials.
Filming & Event Support:
- Conduct on-location shoots at various sites as required.
- Provide assistance with video recordings during live events.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring easy accessibility and proper archiving.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of copyright laws and best practices for sourcing royalty-free footage.
- Experience with video recording equipment and on-site shooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality video content.
