Paid Video Editing Opportunity | Work From Anywhere | National Impact Project

The RSETI E-learning AI Platform (REAP) is a large-scale national initiative aimed at strengthening skill development and financial inclusion by creating high-quality, multilingual digital learning content. The platform supports 64 certified vocational courses delivered across 600 Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) nationwide.

The project is implemented by IIT Madras, with support from NABARD, and in close collaboration with NAR – the National Academy of RUDSETI and the Ministry of Rural Development.

To support this mission, we are inviting applications from experienced and creative Video Editors to work with us on a project-based / freelance basis.

REAP develops bite-sized, video-based educational content that complements classroom teaching at RSETIs and is also made available to learners via an AI-powered e-learning platform.

Each course curriculum is expert-vetted, digitally structured, and designed to enhance practical skills, employability, and livelihood outcomes for rural youth across India.

• Editing structured educational and vocational training videos
• Enhancing raw footage with appropriate images, infographics, text overlays, and basic graphics
• Ensuring audio clarity, visual consistency, and clear instructional flow
• Incorporating feedback and revisions to meet defined quality standards

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Prior experience in educational, training, or informational content editing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to timelines

• Nature of engagement: Project-based / Freelance
• Mode of work: Remote / On-Site (as applicable)
• Remuneration: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on output)
