Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing videos, assembling raw footage, applying animation or motion graphics, and incorporating sound, music, or special effects to enhance storytelling. They will collaborate with clients or team members to meet project goals and deadlines, ensuring high-quality visual output tailored to specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills, including proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and basic visual effects to enhance video content.
- Experience in sound design, music selection, and audio synchronization for video projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail for producing engaging visual content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
- Experience in storytelling and understanding visual communication principles.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
