Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Freelance US HR & Labour Compliance Trainer based in Mumbai, India. The trainer will deliver engaging training sessions, curate learning content, and provide coaching on HR practices and US labor compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting training for corporate and college participants, developing tailored modules, and offering insightful coaching to support learners professional growth. Some work can be completed remotely, with periodic in-person sessions required at the Mumbai office.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance, with a focus on US labor laws
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to effectively engage and support learners
• Proficiency in developing and delivering practical, relevant, and impactful training modules
• Organizational and time management skills to balance hybrid responsibilities
• Prior experience in corporate training or HR consulting is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
