Role Description

This is a contract-based, Freelance Trainer. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions and workshops, creating customized training materials aligned with industry standards, and evaluating participant performance. Additional tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge in their area of expertise and collaborating with EduGuru Solutions team to support program development and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and industry-aligned training methodologies
• Proficiency in facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions with effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience in conducting training needs analysis and evaluating performance outcomes
• Ability to deliver content tailored to diverse learning styles and professional levels
